About Us

Dorchester, MA Roof Inspection handles roof inspection and roof certification in Dorchester, MA, Massachusetts. Massachusetts has some of the oldest housing in the country. Triple-deckers in Boston, Worcester and the mill cities often have low-slope roofs, while colonials and capes have steep shingle or slate roofs with chimneys and dormers.

Ice dams are a winter fact of life here, and nor'easters drive rain under loose shingles. The state building code limits how many layers a roof can have, so we count them. Our roof inspection checks flashing, flat sections, attic insulation and ventilation. We also provide pre-purchase roof inspection and roof leak diagnosis across Massachusetts.
